How to track your shipment

Tracking your shipment is easy, just use your full Tracking number located on your account that begins with ARC****** and enter it into the tracking tool.

You can also find the shipment tracking number on your email confirmation and on the shipping label.

Whether you have had your shipment picked or dropped a package off, you can use this tool to follow the status of your shipment.

Share the shipment tracking number with the receiver too, so that they can also monitor the movement of the package.
